Wander through the vibrant streets of Burano with its colourful houses reflected in the shimmering canals. Finally experience the peaceful vineyards and tranquil gardens of Mazzorbo, a green oasis away from the crowds.

Itinerary

Burano: Color, Lace, and Local Life
Famous for its candy-colored houses and delicate lacework, Burano is a photographer’s dream. We’ll visit a historic lace shop and stroll through the island’s lesser-known quarters, away from the crowds, where local life continues undisturbed. From the Terranova bridge, enjoy a perfect view of Burano’s leaning bell tower.

Mazzorbo: Walled Vineyard and Tranquility
Connected to Burano by a wooden bridge, Mazzorbo offers a serene escape with fewer than 300 residents. We’ll explore the walled Venissa vineyard, home to the native Dorona grape, and admire the bell tower—remains of a former monastery. It’s a peaceful walk through nature, history, and local traditions.

Murano: Glass, History, and Hidden Corners
We’ll step into the oldest glass factory in the world and witness centuries-old techniques combined with contemporary design. Then, we’ll stroll along Rio dei Vetrai, discovering traditional glass workshops. The tour includes a stop at a lampwork atelier, where a local artist crafts intricate glass beads using fire and skill.

Avoiding the Crowds: Smart Island Timing
This itinerary is designed to make the most of your time. Morning tours begin in Torcello and end in Murano before the crowds arrive; afternoon tours reverse the order to enjoy the beauty of Burano at sunset. This smart planning ensures a relaxed and immersive experience.
